Send the lipstick tube to:      Colorlab Cosmetics/Custom Matching      1112 Fifth Avenue      Rockford, Il 61104 Include your name, address, telephone number and credit card number with expiration date. The price is $35.00 for one tube or $50.00 for two tubes of the same shade. CUSTOM REORDERS To reorder a custom product previously made for you at a Colorlab counter, please contact us by email at shop@colorlabcosmetics.com. Ready-to-Wear Catalog Orders SHOPPING To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on the item. This will bring up a pop up box with more information about the product and an "Add to Cart" button. Simply click on that button to select the item. To change the quantity of an item you are purchasing, change the number in the box under the "Qty" column and click "Update." Before you submit your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted, it will enter our shipping department. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is before you click "Submit". Once your order enters the shipping department, no further changes can be made. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We cannot accept international orders online. Shipments sent outside the U.S. are subject to extra shipping and handling charges and fees. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer. CHECKING OUT You will be required to provide your name, address, phone and email to complete the checkout process. Make sure to provide accurate city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Your shipping address must be in the United States. Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. To place your order, click "Submit". If you need to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on your browser's "Back" button.
